Called on Friday to make reservations lady at front desk said hot tub was broke it would be fixed on Saturday. Came in on Saturday hot tub is still broke so she says not going to charge me the $20 pet deposit . Go in the room air-conditioner don't work had to clean the filters out full of dirt. Killed a great big bug on the floor. Got my bill the next morning $20 pet deposit charge to my credit card. Boy at the front desk says it's his first week he can't do anything about it call the manager on Monday. That always seems to be the case. Don't think I'll be back.
The staff is friendly, rooms have dishwashers too. You feel at home, apartment. They even held on to my food and luggage after I checked out for 3 hours. I'm planning on staying there again! Great place to stay. Everything you need is available in your room for preparing home cooked meals. You will love it!!!
A reasonable motel, with good in room facilities, all at approx $70/n. Pool availability if you want, however note that most of the food options are a couple of miles away in Grants.
Clean, attractive room, firm bed, scratchy linens. The a/c would not stay on long enough to get the room comfortably cool even on its coldest setting. It was also loud. There is no elevator. The in room coffee maker was missing parts so I couldn't use it.
Stayed in tucumcari new mexico. Very cheap room considering the ones down the road were like double for the same thing. Same quality? Probably not but we are just trying to get through a 3 day drive home and I just want a clean place to lay my head. Breakfast in the morning. Diner was closed tonight probably due to it being thanksgiving. Super super nice lady at the front desk. Gave us all bottles of water. Gave us directions and suggestions on where to eat considering everything was closed for the holiday. Bed and pillows feel great. Microwave and fridge. Pulled riggt up to our door which is a major plus. Didn't have to lug things around a hotel to get to our room. Needs more lighting outside. Can't hear the interstate from here which is a major plus.
I'd stay here again based on my visit, but I overheard front counter personnel tell a disgruntled customer, "You should not have chosen to stay here if you saw we had bad reviews." His room had been double booked. I was frustrated on his behalf! Terrible customer service.
