We hit the door with 17 hungry folks. They were working one family's take out order. The cashiers were counting both cash drawers at the 5 pm shift change, and we waited a few minutes. They took our orders quickly, and had our food out in short order. All were correct hot and tasty. The restaurant was bright, neat and clean.
The service was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty and satisfied my craving for a good burger and I love Blake's French fries. Yum!
Food decent. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow. Took manager and two line staff to stand at the counter while the manger tried to correct an order before mine. It didn't look like brain surgery but then....
I liked it. The green Chile burger was really good. Be warned it is a little on the spicy side.
So we usually go there all the time and experience is always great but today we ate there and we had terrible experience. Got our order wrong and the guy in the back was rude. He just wiped it off didnt attempt to ask if we wanted it remade. Felt as if they were just playing around. And on top of that they were rude to a lady that was trying to place an order. Shelmarie the cashier just walked off in the middle of ringing her up and said to a Co worker that she's just looking at me. And all the customer wanted was the total so she could pay. That was just unprofessional. And terrible customer service. But the food was good.
