My wife ordered a sausage Mcmuffin with egg, egg white only. They gave her a Mcmuffin with only the egg, no sausage. We went again the next day understanding mistakes are made. She ordered the same thing. This time the extremely rude person at the window told her that the manager said they won't do speciality orders for her anymore...
On my long trip to Phoenix, from Wyoming, I stopped here. Omg this location has Hatch Green Chili double cheeseburgers and breakfast burritos. They are awesome!!! I rarely eat at McDonald's but I'd totally recommend this one!! The staff is friendly and this place is super quick and my orders were correct!!! I loved it so much that I stopped on the way home too.
I ordered a value meal which contains two cheeseburgers. I only ordered it because I wanted really to hamburgers but they don't have that as a value meal. So I ordered it without cheese. I then realized I had soda in the car as I was traveling across country. I told her I just wanted the cheese burgers without cheese. Instead of telling me it would be less expensive to buy two hamburgers. She rang me up for the total cost of two cheeseburgers and didn't say a thing. The manager did catch this and said he would speak to her. However he did not offer to fix it or refund my money. Terrible customer service if my dogs aren't in the car with the air conditioning running I would have insisted. Watch your receipt folks and pay attention
They forgot to give us our burritos sauce but was running late so didn't snap to ck bag by time we did we were on road already
One of the cleanest McDonalds I have been to! And the employees are very upbeat and personable!
