A safe environment to do business in; however, their policies are very complex and much of their important information is given in legalese. Lots of hidden surprises (not good ones, either), and they are discriminatory regarding age. Interest rates are very low for savings accounts, and the tellers have made mistakes regarding access to my own account. The junk mail and phone calls from them don't help their rating from me.
It seems to have been better in the past as First Community Bank, but since US Bank took over it's been quite frustrating.
